Digital Products
Digital courses and downloads are eligible for a full refund within 30 days if you have not completed more than 25% of the course content.
Physical Products
Physical products must be returned in original condition within 30 days. Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged Items
